Hello Everyone!
I apologize if I posted this in the wrong forum; I posted it in the Office
Help Boards and here as well, as I was not sure what was causing the error -
Windows XP or Microsoft Office 2003.
My problem is as follows:
Every single time I close Microsoft Outlook 2003, I receive the identical
error listed below:
-----------------------
OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x7c911e58" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
[OK]
-----------------------
It is the same message EVERY TIME; the numbers do not change.
Does anyone have any clue as to how to fix this?
My system is a brand new Dell Inspiron E1705 with 120 GB HDD and 2 GB of RAM.
I have very little software installed and do not know what could be causing
this "memory could not be read" error.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Sincerely,
William
