Help - Remote Procedure Call

I am receiving a NT/Authority\System - Remote Procedure
Call (RPC) error that counts down a minute shutdown on my
computer. It happens everytime I use my system. This
comes after I installed a new OS last week from Windows
ME to XP home edition. Please help.
