Help! receiving invcpi.dll error message

When starting up Windows XP Home Edition, an error message is received:
RUNDLL C/WINDOW/SYSTEM 32 INVCPI.dll INVALID ACCESS TO MEMORY LOCATION.

Can anybody help with this error message? Any help/directions/answers are
most appreciated.
