Help random programs will not show its tray icon

I've already disabled hide idle icons, and 9on every program I set it to show
the tray icon

if I change where a program is start from (startup menu, cu run, lm run
services etc...) diferent random programs show or hide its tray icon....

I have winxp pro here, instaled over a crashed winme
