G garfield-n-odie Aug 23, 2004 #2 If Norton/Symantec Antivirus is installed on your computer, try disabling the Office Plugin that comes with that program by clicking on Start | Programs | Norton | Options | Miscellaneous | uncheck the "Enable Office Plugin" box.
