HELP, PLEASE!!

i have a web address that goes to my very own web page, free from my isp. I
was so exited, how fun!! if only i new how to SET IT UP!! i cant afford to
buy any thing for it not even a "how to" guide! can anyone help??

Keep an eye on the magazine cover CDs sometimes they give away website
building tools.
