HELP Please!!!!!

I get this error every time that I boot this machine.
Run time error 339 component 'mct.ocx or one of its
dependancies not correctly regestered. A file is missing
or invalid.
 
Some application the runs at startup is not installed correctly.
Start\Settings\Control Panel\Administrative Tools\Computer
Management(Local)\System Information\Software Environment\Startup
Programs|View|Advanced, to see the list of programs.
