HELP PLEASE!!!- "UNKNOWN ERROR"

I am unable to delete an email which is currently in my outbox. everythime i
try a box appears saying "unknown error has occured"

-I'm unable to send emails, as no emails will send whilst this random
indestructable email stays in my outbox. The contents of this email cannot be
displayed either. I've tried everything...help!

A fix as been released by M$ to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"
