HELP PLEASE! Printer is stuck, electronically

I printed a page from my laptop and right now, and for the last 30 minutes,
the printer status window says Printing, so I figured something messed up,
then I clicked Cancel and now, for the last hour it has said "Deleting-
Printing". I cant get rid of it... And it wont let anything else go through.
Can anyone explain why this happened and how to fix it?
 
restart the computer and delete the list of times to print.

If that does not work, close the pc, turn off and on the printer, start the
pc and then delete the print list...

Cant delete the print list.... Cant delete anthing on it... I need some more
advacned way of wiping hte printer memory... Preferably without reinstalling
it entirely.

when the new window shows up scroll down to printer port if it i
connected through a parrallel port or under the USB hub controller i
connected through USB. double click on the printer > driver ta
select to remove driver or delete driver and you should b

out.

Reboot your computer and let windows reinstall the driver to th
printer

Sometimes things like that just happen
