help please .Communicating with devices? using c#.net

Hi,

from my aspx page(c#.net) if i press the button , i want to connect to
my camera/vedio to take the picture . I 've no idea for this but i want
to do.i hope those should be done in the client side.Could u please
provide me a link/advice regarding this.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? If all you want is to stream video
or still images from your camer to a web server.(is it a webcam?) then
there're some software packages that do just that.Why? That would me a major browser security flaw. Imagine going to a website
and all of a sudden your camera starts snapping pictures of you.

The camera should take snaps , only when i press the button.
is it ok?but i wll store the pics in the webserver .
