help-page in word2000

Hi guys,
How can I make sure that the help window opens up immediately after I open word2000 (in windows xp)?
 
Tools - Options - View - Show Startup Task Pane.
(That's in Word 2003, but I think it worked the same for 2000.)
 
Task panes are not supported in versions prior to Word 2002.
