Help on toolbar

i am getting a tool bar called "pollarmy" I can not delete it. I have unchecked it and it still comes up in place of my msn or yahoo tool bar. I am running windows xp. I have ran the norton virus scanner and it says I do not have a virus. What else can I do?

Serch for an exe file named pollarmy and delete it
