I have a good basic knowledge of Excel, but I'm having problem with m
order form. I need different width's in my form. Not one width al
the way down my form. Is there a way to have two Excel forms in one o
how do I implement this

Im not sure if I follow your question, but if your asking about having
different widths in your columns or rows that is easily done by
clicking between either your row or column and dragging it to the
widith you need. You can also double click and it will adjust the width
to auto fit your text.

Hope this is what you were asking

Maybe you can merge some adjacent cells.

There's an icon the formatting toolbar or select the cells to merge,
format|Cells|Alignment tab|check merge cells.

But be aware that merged cells can cause trouble--for instance, it makes sorting
a range more difficult to do.

My question mainly is how do I have one width for the top of the for
and then another width for the bottom of the form? I'm gonna tr
merging the cells, but I think that it'll pose some problems.

At the top of the form I have different lengths(widths) in the coloum
because it's mainly 'titled' material. The problem that I have is tha
when I get to the bottom of the form where the order is being imputted
I'm limited by the cells.

I tried this in Word making two spreadsheets and it was much easier
but the users said that it was a pain with the pop-up, resize, an
various others. If it all was in excell that would be mor
convienent.

Did I clarify the matter

I'm not sure it's clarified any. But after you try merging the cells, we'll
know.

And if you are just designing a form, Word can create a table with its cells any
width you want.
