Help - No Send Or Receive

When I test both of my e-mail accounts under
tools/accounts, they pass, but I cannot send or receive
any messages. Outgoing messages just sit in the
outboxdespite trying to resend them several times.
Nothing happens when I hit the send/receive button trying
to get incoming mail. Have turned off PCcillin and pop-up
blockers but did not help. Outlook express will still
send and receive my test messages just fine. Even deleted
the accounts in Outlook Express to see if that would
help, no luck.

Check your outbound server settings. Its either been changed or deleted
some how. If you don't know what it is go to your ISP website. They should
have it there.
