Hello. I have a normal XP PC. For some reason I am unable to delete
directories with mp3 and movie-files.

This has been for some time now. It says that other program is using
the directory but that is not the case.

Does anybody know what this is and how you cure it?

Thanks for taking your time in reading this

Reboot, hit F8 to enter a menu, enter safe mode.
Delete what you need then reboot.

There are other ways but this might be faster for you.

Well... it may actually be the case, but it may not be immediately obvious
what is using the folder.

As noted, you can probably delete them in Safe Mode. But, do you have some
software that keeps track of your music and video files? Does it appear
in the System Tray, or in the Task List?

"Reboot, hit F8 to enter a menu, enter safe mode. "

Thanks but there has to be a better way. I mean...this error just came
from nowhere one day so it should be able to correct back. If only I
knew how.
