Help my PSD thumbnails

Hi'yall I have recently installed Adobe Creative Suite
after using 30 day trial of Adobe Photoshop CS. System
is Windows XP Home.

Since installing Creative Suite I cannot view PSD files
as thumbnails. In the 30-day trial PSD thumbnails did
appear in windows using the View -> Thumbnails option.

All I get now is a larger and grander version of the PSD
file icon. Has anything gone wrong? What can I do to
display PSD images as thumbnails? Effect is consistent
whether I am using a window to view files or Windows

Second time this problem is reported here.
PSD files work fine with PS7 but apparently not with CS.
I would contact Adobe.
