help!!My outlook express 6 wont connect when i send and receive

I have used my outlook express for weeks now. I haven't been able to send or
receive new messages or switch my identity for days now. I don't know what
has happened. I am getting an error ox800ccc19 when trying to send and
receive and error ox800ccc15 when trying to switch my identity. My cable
internet provider can't help..

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.

For help with your OE questions, try an OE newsgroup such as
