Help my group footer is psychotic!!!

I have a group footer that is not behaving correctly. It is carrying the information from the previous group into the new group and not showing the new groups information. Can anyone help?
 
Do you have any details such as Control Sources, Fields, Values, etc that
you would like to share with us?
