Help! my computer's depressed and my computer lives apart...

Hi! I'm almost a new user, I hope that I'm writing in the right forum to be
helped...Moreover I'm an Italian man and I'm awful in English...

My computer's problem is that sometimes the screen definitly "freeze"...let
me see...the arrow stops scrolling...and the keyboard too stops working! so I
can't nor open task manager nor close session.
Please, it's a bitter matter, so please, reply me... and if I left out
anything...just reply me asking it. =D

There is a windows XP group just in Italian
look fore microsoft.public.it.windowsxp
You might get more help there and it would be in your language.

You should also send as much information as you can about.
What your computer system is; When does the problem seem to occur;

There is no reason for you to struggle in a foreign language. Post in the MS
Italian newsgroup. Here is a list of all the MS newsgroups - scroll down to
