My computer is shutting its self down and re booting. I
don't know what is happening. My machine is clean of all
viruses. I have the latest version of Norton, and I have
enabled xp's firewall.

It happens on and offline.

Please help.

Is it patched with the latest patches from Microsoft? No patchy will
rebooty.

Try disabling auto restart and see if there is an error message that we can
use. Right click My Computer and select Properties->Advanced Tab->Startup
and Recovery section "Settings button"->uncheck the Automatically restart
box.
