i dont understand all the POP3 and IMAP. :S

You're asking in the wrong place, Charr. The Microsoft webpage can be
confusing and may have misled you. This group is for the database program
Microsoft Access, not for general computer questions.

Please repost your question in a newsgroup supporting your EMail software
(Windows Mail it appears). Scroll down the list of subject areas and find a
group for Windows Mail. You will need to tell the volunteers there who you
have chosen as your email service provider - there are many different
providers, but you need to pick one first (and probably have an account set up
with that provider).
