Help Me!!!!!(xp password)

hi does anyone know how to retrieve xp password without
installing it again,or formatting it. any ? any other
way? plzz let me know!! send me an e mail, caz i am
really worried. the problem is that now i can only go in
the guest log on and i cant work there caz it does not
have administrator privilages, i cant install anything i
cant delete any thing, so plzz help me out, thanxx
