HELP ME WITH WORKS 2004

I have works suite 2004 and at the task launcher start page it always says when I log onto mu computer welcome Heather Ragan just as my start menu says and just as we set up for our one and only user account. Later it always changed to welcome owner and the start menu remains the same as before. We want it to say the same as the start menu how can we fix this problem. Thanks! If you cant help please tell me who can
