Help me with this please

i am using a laptop that i am not familiar with. i have a guest account but
when the user page comes up i cannot click on them to go into my account.
what do i do?????

So what DOES appear on the welcome/log-in page?

Your post is unclear. All I'm getting is that you have an unfamiliar
laptop and you are using the Guest account. From there, I've lost you.
Define:

1. user page - where? what user page?
2. I cannot click on them - click on what?
3. my account - account where? Windows Account? Email account? Online
site?
