help me with my laptop please a spyware attack

the laptop cant hibernate by saying that ther is a file corrupt,there is a
spyware if not trying to advertise "spylockec.com" it keeps alerting me
every few minutes and really i cant disable it,it is in the taskbar
continously even when i run in safe mode
what should i do,please im stuck
 
OK try one of the following

Disable or delete cookies from the internet explorer ( Tools menu > internet
options >and so

Run task manager, in the processes pane find the appropriate exe and click
end the task, then restart

Read here and then download the HijackThis and post your log to one of many
forums for analysis:

Does your Norton Up and current for updates and subscriptions?.

I have the same problem, with the same hijacker ( spylocked.com). i have
deleted cookies. My antiviral/antispyware ran a full scan eliminated some
hijackers (apparently not all because this one remains). I can not determine
which .exe is responsible for this on the task manager.
