Help me PLEASE

Everytime I try to right-click on anything in my "MY MUSIC" folder I get an
error report. And when I try to send the report it goes to some microsoft
crash thing, and I started to download the new service pack and it got
interrupted and now I cann't Re-download it. Also, using Roxio, I can't make
any CD's I get the same type of error and crash messages. I really would
rather not have to bring it to the place that I bought the computer from,
especially since everything else is working as normal on my computer. By the
way I have Windows XP.
