what is "csass.exe" that kill my CPU and dont let me do anything, it is take all my CPU to 100
and i try to end this procces but is come back again and agian, so i can't update my norton antivirus
to check if it is virus or not, im sorry about my english.... thank u.

I don't know what it is, but the french sites I have found are arguing
profusely over it.

In any case - boot into Safe mode and delete it.
