Help me, help me....

Whenever I click to open My Computer or My Documents, I receive the message
"Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience". When I try to click open it again after receiving the
message, the desktop screen is totally changed and I receive a messege that
reads like "Do you want to go back to Active Desktop?", sth like that.

I, TOO, SEE THAT PAGE AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT CAUSES IT BUT, IF I JUST TAP ON
THE " RESTORE ACTIVE DESKTOP " OPTION, EVERYTHIING GOES BACK TO NORMAL
OPERATION. MAYBE COMPUTERS AREN'T PERFECT??? mine seems alive at times, though
