help: I've deleted all users accounts

By mistake I have deleted all users accounts and I can not Log On any more. I
think my administrator account is not deleted since in the Recovery Console I
can log on. Please advise.

Hit F8 when the computer is starting and select safe mode you should see the
Admin account.
