*HELP* Internet Explorer Error Message

I have a problem trying to get on Internet Explorer. Whenever I double click
on IE, I end up getting some kind of error box?
It says:
"INTERNET EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. WE ARE
SORRY FOR THE INCOVENIENCE."

Then further down it says:
"FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ERROR, click here."

When I click the "click here" I get the a msg:
"ERROR SIGNATURE
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer:6.0.2800.1106 ModName: sfg_4189.dll
ModVer: 2.0.0.0 Offset:00012fa0

TO VIEW TECHNICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ERROR REPORT, click here.

Can anyone help me? I've tried restarting, system restore but it won't fix
the problem. I'm using firefox mozilla now, but i would really like to switch
back to IE. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried everything on that link. Still showing that error msg. Can you or
anyone help me through this? Thanks!
