Help in VB.NET

I would like to add training card help to my VB.NET app and/or maybe the MS
agents.

How can I do these? Can I add training card help to a VB.NET app? I have
never done it in any version or language. Please give instructions or links
if there are some or tell me if it isn't doable without hacking.

2.) The agents that appear in MS word....can we use those in our apps
without having office? From Vb.NET? How and what is required?

on #1.. What does an Add-in have to do with my providing "Training card"
help in a user vb.net application? I thought add-ins were only for the IDE?
Am I missing something?
