Help in port forwarding

I want to use net meeting for remote access of my PC. My PC is able to call
out but is not able to receive incomming calls. I need to know how the port
forwarding is done and what ports I need to open for net meeting incomming
calls. I have DSL modem connected directly to my computer with out any
router. Do I also need to change any fire wall settings if so what that
setting supposed to be..?
