Judging from your almost unreadable reply, you're probably too dumb to
know what you need or don't need.

You're just more evidence that there should be an intelligence test
required at logon before a computer user can go online.

thanks JERK

Say "Uncle Grumpy" what's your password ?? "bah humbug" ???

no it dont it just has me as owner and limited ...some how the admin dont
show up anymore so am stuck here

yes but only has change pw ....change picture..... and thats it nothing on
managing this at all ...when i did have the administrator....it had manage
account but this is not there

Boot into Safe Mode again..

When Owner and other account appear, press ctl+alt+del, do this a couple
times.
A different login window should appear.

The Account name field should be open. Erase current account name. Type:
Administrator (word/text Adminstrator only that)

make sure yuo don't mistype. pretty sure the "A" is uppercase and the rest
are lowercase

the password should be blank i.e. no password required.
so just press enter.

Let me know.

Good advice. FYI, usernames are not case sensitive in Windows but
passwords are.
