help, i renamed forms and tables it wont update

i renamed my tables and forms
now the forms dont update the tables when filled out?
ie the form used to be Water: Sweet Grass
and the table was Water: Sweet Grass

i changed both the form name and table to the same name: Water

yet it doesnt update the table when i fill out the form now?
 
ok i checked recordsource property
it says Water
the name fo the table is Water
and the name of the form is Water

yet it still wont update will what i fill in the form?

it did until i renamed the forms btw i didnt change anything.

Open the Form in design view, and view its Properties. Check the first
property on the Data tab, Recordsource. It probably has the old table
name; change it to reflect the new name of the table.

Open the form in design view, and click on "Properties" in the toolbar. The
first line is "Record Source". Hope this helps.
