G Gord Dibben Jun 3, 2007 #3 How would Excel know the difference between valid or invalid? First you must identify what "invalid data" means. Then you use any number of functions to look over the sheet to find the inavlid data. Can you give us a hint? Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP
