Help! I deleted a file!!

I deleted a file and cleared my recycle bin, and Ineed the file back! what do
I do!!! My Boss is not going to be happy if I can't recover the file somehow,
please help!
 
First of all, stop using the computer. The more you do the less chance you're
going to have to recover the file. I've never found a free method to recover
but the two products I would recommend r-undelete
(http://www.r-undelete.com/) or On Track Easy Recovery Pro
(http://www.ontrack.com/easyrecoveryprofessional/). They both offer free
trials, however, they'll be things the cannot perform, such as r-undelete not
being able to restore anything over 64k, etc.

There is a deeper issue here. If you have important files
whose loss might get you fired then your company must
install a proper file backup system. If there is no such
system in place then the company has no right to blame
you for such a mistake. It may save money by not
backing up files but it must also accept the cost of
replacing a lost file.

Firstly, don't use the computer until you try data recovery. A deleted
file is not removed from the drive. Just it's entry is removed and its
space is marked as available so the more you use the system the greater
the likelihood the file is overwritten. Here are some file recovery
