help i cant stay online

as soon as i get online i first get an error report that says LSA shell has encoutered a problem and needs to shut down. soon after that a warning pops up saying that my system is shutting down. c:/windows\system32\lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819. this is then followed by a 1 minute countdown then my computer shuts down and resets. i just bought this computer from a guy in the newspaper can somebody please help me. thank you very much
 
i think u have a trogen try to serch in www.symantec.com

I have exactly the same problem, ran the Sasser tool and still can't get rid of it. I've tried Norton, Ad Aware, cleaned the registry etc. Still nothing - I'd love to have someone find an answer!
 
Disable the System Restore feature and then run your anti-virus software.
Use applications like Spybot Search and Destroy, Ad- aware, Pest Patrol and
Spyware Blaster to clean and protect your system. Install a good firewall.
You have contracted the Sasser worm infection, or one of its variants.
