Hi,

I can receive emails normally, but I cannot send messages.
I've set up my account properly and there is no error message.

Simply, the email cannot get to anyone.

Please, someone can help me ?

Thanks,

Not in such circumstances.

There must be some evidence of a problem somewhere.

Have a look in the log...

ps. Often when people say they have set their accounts up properly
it turns out to not be the case.

What are your smtp settings?

There must be some sort of record as to why not. Look in the Event Viewer of check correctly for the message and post it here. If the message does not send you always get an error message that is shown. Does these unsent messages show up in your Sent folder or do they show up in your Outbox

Yes, I do...

If it shows up in your Sent Folder then the email has gone out from your computer. This is not an issue with your Windows Mail.

Check with your ISP if they are having an issue or check with the recipients if they have received it yet

If the message appears in your Sent items folder, then it was
sent out. Perhaps your ISP's mail server is malfunctioning.

Hi Peter,

If the message is in the Sent Items folder, then as far as WinMail is
concerned it has been sent. Your SMTP server may have confirmed receipt or
it could be cause by an anti-virus scanning mail. In this case the
anti-virus sets up a proxy and that gets the message and tells WinMail that
it has been received. But by the time the anti-virus finishes scanning the
message and sends it on the connection to the SMTP server has timed out and
the message does not really get sent.

Important:
Always turn off all email scanning in any anti-virus!

Did you get an answer to your question? I'm having the same problem.
Neither of you say which mail client you are using?

Do you just mean the message are not leaving your Out folder?

Normally this is because your SMTP setting in accounts is incorrect.

And neither of you say what email provider you are using (usually
your internet provider) so we don't know if any of us can help
you find the instructions.
