help!!! i can't open "my computer",what's the hell?

i mean when i click the "my computer" icon on my desktop,there is no
response, so i can't open my c hard disc,d hard disc,or e or f hard
disc? what's the matter?

can anyone give me some tips? thx in advance.

Try using Windows Explorer.
