I've done this before and it took the pc back to my old settings. Well, it
did not work this time. What can I do to make my pc go back to my old
settings, without having to do difficult, risky things that may cause it to
lose everything? Right now, the pc is where when u first install Windows XP
into ur pc - that's how it looks like. And even though all of my programs are
there, it says that there's a "problem with short cut" or "the parameter is
incorrect"
