HELP! how do I get the TO, cc and bcc fields to auto complete?

I don't have a 'suggest names to be auto-completed' in an outgoing email's TO, cc and bcc fields???? I'm desperate. Thanks!

I'm using Outlook 2000 9.0.0.2711. Please, oh please tell me that auto-complete will work. I'm still desperate

Sorry. Autocomplete was not an Outlook feature until Outlook 2002.

I have exactly the same problem. Russ - Asked you about it a couple months ago maybe. I reinstalled outlook 2002, created new profile for e-mails, yes the box is checkmarked. It will auto suggest as long as I use the same address before I shut down Outlook. Also, as long as the e-mail is actually sent. If I save a draft and create a new e-mail Outlook will not suggest a name.
