HELP, HELP, Help. Have to Move the DC Data Base

Am despirate. Whoever initially installed the server I'm working on,
put the DC Data Base on drive E:. This drive is dying slowly. I'm
trying to replace it with a SATA Raid Array. I can't boot up without
drive E:. Is there any way I can move the Data Base to drive C:?
