Michael,

This might sound a little crazy, but I have seen this error lots of times.
Try shutting down and rebooting your system, then try to delete again. If
this doesn't help, try to cut or drag those three files to a different place
in your computer, like My Documents or I have used my Desktop and see if they
will delete from there. I have pulled this one more than once and I don't
know why it worked but it usually has. I hate anything that I cannot delete,
and will stop at nothing to get rid of it.

THis is what I use
http://www.softwarepatch.com/software/moveonboot.html

Description
MoveOnBoot allows you to Move, Copy or Delete files before Windows can lock
or alter the files. The changes are made to your hard drive before Windows
starts (it requires a restart of your system after you give MoveOnBoot its
instructions). There are no messy boot or DOS commands, just a simple 3-step
process. For more information about how this tool can help you, see the
Can't delete files tutorial

Start by providing some useful details such as name of files,
directory located, programs loaded and running (as in Task
Manager), etc.
