Help functions don't work after XP upgrade to Pro

None of the help functions for XP and for Office work. For example,
Start>Help and Support or Help>Help in Word will bring up the expected help
window but no content is displayed.

Any ideas?

Thanks Will, but I wasn't able to understand the faq.

I did run a detect and repair in Office 2003 and that seemed to fix the
problem there.

Still can't get Start>Help and Support to work.
