Help Frozen screen!

Hi I really don't know what the problem is, I can still access this from the
computer and the start up menu, but there is a window that I cannot shut
down, it's like it's busy or something. I've tried closing it, and restarting
the computer several times. I don't know what else to do! I can't even
minimise it now!

Of course, the thing to do is Find Out what is going on. Look at the items in
task manager (rightclick taskbar) or run the command msconfig and look at the
StartUp tab.

There is a great app available from Microsoft called "Windows Defender" that
inculdes 'Software Explorer", a way to detect what is going on.
