Help Files location

When installing Word 2003 on Laptop, where are the help files located. I have
a client that is not lan connected most of the time and can't use help. Are
the help files loaded locally, and if so how can you changed the preferences
to start at HD then go to Offline?

The help files are in the same folder with the WinWord.exe program
file, generally C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033 for a
default English installation.

To turn off the attempt to connect to Office Online, open the Help
task pane and click the Online Content Settings link at the bottom. In
the resulting dialog, uncheck "Show content and links from Microsoft
Office Online".
