help downloading and setting up

I too am new to Vista and have had my problems. How do I download the new
mircosoftmail and set it up? Is there a fee? can I still use bresnan
address?
 
You can use pretty much any email address in any email program.
The only exception is webmail-only services like free Yahoo accounts.
