Help does not work correctly

I have installed Office 2000 on a Windows 2000. In Access the help works
only in the Access-Window but does not work in the Code-Editor. There I
get an empty window on the right.

Does anyone have the same problem and a solution for that?

Also if I call help from a Access window some entries ie. ALTER TABLE
does not appear on the right if I click on the left side onto that entry.
