Help Desktop toolbar and everything has gone sideways

I need urgent help before I end up with a stiff neck my daughter has done
something to the computer and I dont know how to get it all back.

The Desktop and toolbar etc have been changed they read as though the left
side of the screen was the top and the right hand side as the bottom how do I
get this back to normal I have tried nearly everything, please help.

Hi H,

The first thing I would do if I were you is try to adjust it by holding down
the CTRL key and pressing the left or right arrow key to see if it can be
fixed via hotkey. Otherwise there are a whole bunch of things to try here...

Thanks it was ctrl alt and the arrow keys.
