I am looking to create a help desk ticketing system to manage help desk
requests, noting the machine, the problem, the solution, and any parts I may
need to purchase. This is internal so I don't need billing info.
 
There are several customizable Template databases that come with Access and
are avauilable at the Microsoft website if you haven't installed them. One
is the Service Call Management database which does keep track of billing,
but you can probably customize that out.
